"Decent enough, but a bit Slow at times"
Buying through vauxhall.co.uk was Mostly alright for me. The car details were easy enough to understand, and I could compare a few different options without feeling like I was going round in circles.
The only thing that annoyed me was the finance side and the follow-up from the dealer. It took Longer than I expected, and I ended up having to chase for an update. It all worked out in the end, but Yeah, the whole process could definitely be a bit smoother...

I was bracing myself for a whole ordeal with the finance side of things, but it turned out to be surprisingly straightforward. I picked a monthly plan that suited me, everything was explained clearly, and there was no hassle at all. Happy with how it all went.

"Useful safety info, but a faff to find"
I was looking up the safety features on vauxhall.co.uk and, to be fair, most of the info is there, lane assist, cameras and that sort of thing. But some of the pages felt a bit unclear, and I ended up clicking around way more than I expected. I also got transferred around when trying to get more details, which was annoying. It’s decent overall, but they could definitely make it easier to find and explain things more clearly...

"Am I the only one who finds the seats really uncomfortable?"
I don’t know if it’s just me, but my Vauxhall is really not great on longer drives. The seat feels so hard, the cabin gets noisy, and after about half an hour my back starts aching. I keep wondering if other people have the same issue because I really regret buying it...

The dealer seemed really friendly and, as far as I could tell, knew his stuff. I didn’t feel pressured into making a decision, which I definitely appreciated. It did take a little longer than I expected, but overall I’d say it was a good experience

The car feels really steady and easy to drive, even going around bends. The steering is light, but not TOO light, which I like. So far I’ve been really happy with the handling — NO complaints from me.

I tried making a claim under the warranty, but they told me the issue wasn’t covered. Maybe it depends on the situation or the exact problem, but in my case it felt like they were just looking for a reason to say no. Frustrating experience overall

"Infotainment is decent, though I felt a bit rushed at first"
The infotainment in my Vauxhall has been easy to get on with overall. It connects to my phone most of the time and the screen is nice and clear. I did feel a bit pressured to figure everything out quickly when I first got the car, but once I spent a bit of time with it, it was fine. It can be a little slow here and there, but generally I’m happy with it.

I dropped my car off earlier in the week and got it back a few days later. The repair itself was done really well, and the car has been running fine since then. It took a little longer than I was hoping, but overall I’m happy with the work.

"After-sales was fine, just a bit SLOW"
I had to get in touch with Vauxhall after buying my car because there was a small issue with the infotainment screen. Nothing major, but still something I wanted sorted.
The support team did get back to me and they were polite, to be fair, but it took a few days and I ended up having to chase them once. Getting the dealer booking arranged was also a bit of a FAFF.
It was all fixed in the end, so I can’t really complain too much. I just think the whole after-sales process could’ve been a lot quicker and clearer

"Feels a bit slower than I thought it would"
I got my Vauxhall a few months back, the performance is not quite what I was expecting. Around town it’s alright, no big problem there, but getting onto the motorway it does struggle a bit, and uphill even more you notice it. The gear changes also feel not that smooth, which is a bit annoying. It’s not a terrible car or anything, but for the money I did think it would have a bit more power. The website was fine enough, but the car itself just feels underpowered to me.

It’s spacious inside and feels comfy enough for everyday use. The boot is a decent size too, so there’s plenty of room for bags and bits.

I wasn’t expecting an instant reply or anything, but it’s been long enough now that it’s starting to feel like my message was either missed or forgotten. "Not getting the fuel economy I had in mind"
I bought it through vauxhall.co.uk expecting the MPG to be better than it’s turned out to be. I’ll admit I probably only remember the annoying fill-ups and forget the odd good run, but even with normal driving, mostly around town with some motorway, I’m still at the pump more often than I thought I would be. The car itself is decent enough, nothing major to complain about there, but the fuel costs are starting to get frustrating. Bit disappointed overall
"Charging turned out to be easy"
I’ve used the charger a couple times now and it’s been way simpler than I thought it would be. No real hassle, the app did what it was supposed to, and it charged the car quickly. That part was nice, honestly.

Went to have a look at a Vauxhall and, to be honest, the car itself seemed alright, but the boot space really let it down for me. It looks much bigger in the photos than it feels when you’re actually standing there. I tried picturing fitting in a buggy and a weekly shop, and it just felt like it would be a hassle every time. Also had to wait in a queue longer than I expected before getting seen, which didn’t exactly put me in the best mood. For something meant to be a family car, I just expected it to be more practical. Not a terrible car, but not roomy enough for what I need.

I ended up getting a decent deal through vauxhall.co.uk, and the prices felt fair compared with the other options I’d been looking at. I’ve usually stuck with another brand, so I was a bit unsure about going with Vauxhall at first, but the value made it hard to ignore. The site was mostly straightforward to use, although a couple of parts took a bit longer than I expected. Overall, I’m happy with what I paid and feel like it was good value for money
